Team_ID, Team_Name

I would like to write a query to fetch the match fixtures from above table

Match, Description

1,India Vs Pakistan

2,India Vs Australia

3,India Vs England

4,Pakistan Vs Australia

5, Pakistan Vs England

6,Australia Vs England

so on... all combination
