can a stored proc be called as and when base table changes , except trigger

Hi!

    I have a stored proc which transforms some data and fills some tables, so that reporting can be shown directally

from those tables( To speed up the reporting).

I want to call this stored proc from a scheduled job on time basis.

Q1) Is there any fecility which can call the above stored poc as and when there is change in base tables,

Except trigger and Service broker.
