SQL Query (Rows)

Dear Experts .

I have a table in SQL database (2008 r2)

Table Name : Sample and it got 2 columns  (ID,Desc)

ID       Desc

96      Corrective

96     Improve

96    cardiovascular

97    Abc

97    EFG

98   AAAAAA

I want this like below

ID    Desc

96    Corrective,Improve,cardiovascular

97   Abc,EFG

98   AAAAAA

I cant use Case Statement because I have so many values in ID column

Any help will be much appreciated.
