round up or down to nearest dollar

I would like to be able to round a money field to the nearest dollar based on the following rule:

50 cents or less rounds down to zero. 51 cents or more rounds up the the next dollar.

for example, $4.50 becomes $4.00 and $4.51 becomes $5.00

Does anyone have a formula for this?
