SQL Server Function to Format Hash String

 Hi, 

I have a requirement wherein I need to 

• Read the length of the string 
• remove first 2 characters 
• Insert Hyphens ( dashes) between the 2 successive characters

Example : 

Initial String : 0x5E3B45811C4FEE97F0604E4F1D74537DE9DF99A393F2C3FF7EF26B8D1CFA7D00860FC22EDF6BF05CCD9171709823F72F5EA82317BC88A09BEA859D3A7D2CDD67

Formatted String: 5e-3b-45-81-1c-4f-ee-97-f0-60-4e-4f-1d-74-53-7d-e9-df-99-a3-93-f2-c3-ff-7e-f2-6b-8d-1c-fa-7d-00-86-0f-c2-2e-df-6b-f0-5c-cd-91-71-70-98-23-f7-2f-5e-a8-23-17-bc-88-a0-9b-ea-85-9d-3a-7d-2c-dd-67

 Please guide me as the best route to approach this.
