Changing a Value in a table via a query

I'm using SQL server report builder to build a report. One of the reports I am trying to create, there is a column called "Job Status". In this column can be FT, PT, PRN. What we need is for each of these options to appear as .90, .60, .30 on the actual report. Is there a way via a query to change the way they are pulled into the report? I know you can change column names using "As Name" but can you do something similar with the data in the columns?

Thank you for your time.
