Alt+F1 , SP_HELP

Hi Friends,
i have alter some column length of Tables, now i am checking the same table by hitting Alt+F1, it is still showing old values

EG Fname Varchar(50), is updated to Fname Varchar(100), but if i Hit Alt+F1 by selecting the same table, its's showing old values , Is there any way refresh this internal metadata structure. From GUI i am able to see the changed length of the column
