TSQL - Help need to Pivote a result

Hi,

I have a table (TEST_ with the following data

Client           Market          Channel         Old_Val        New_Val
======================================================================
EISAI          Obesity          Mgd_Med      466287.936    408618.359
EISAI          Obesity          Comm_Med   466287.000    408618.111

It should be pivoted so as to get the following results.

Client    Market     New Mgd_Med    Old Mgd_Med     New Comm_Med     Old Comm_Med
===============================================================================       
EISAI    Obesity    408618.359        466287.936       408618.111             466287.000
