I am sort of struggling a bit to create a emailing list which will then be used in my data driven subscriptions.
My actual requirement is run a sales report and then email out to Sales Managers & Regional Sales Person based on the territory value they are linked to.
I have got an exhaustive list of Regional Sales Person and corresponding Territory values but the main problem arises while dealing with the Sales Managers. They don't have a proper territory value attached to them (examples of proper territory values - W11, W12, W13, W14....) but have codes like DC0,D12 (never follow a format!!). But yes, they have associated Regions against their name which says if they belong to West1, West2 etc.
Now again, per Region there are various territories - AXX (W11, W2, W13.....,W19, W1A,W1B....).
So my task now, is to find out territories within every region and then insert individual rows of : Manager - Territory in the emailing list table.
Anyway can suggest some sort of approach to this and then I will go ahead and do some more research around it.
