Copying 'semanticsdb' (SQL semantic language statistics database) between servers

Dear all,

Microsoft SQL 2012 comes with semantic search features. In order to use them, one must attach a separate database called 'semanticsdb' to SQL server, containing semantic language statistics (the MDF file for semanticsdb can be downloaded from msdn).

Now, I have this MDF attached to a local database, but need to copy it to a remote database via SQL (I do not have access to the machine, but access to the SQL server). Basis SSIS copy on 'semanticsdb' does not seem to work (no visible tables?).

How can I transfer semanticsdb to a remote SQL server without admin access to the machine?
